Role Overview

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing themselves in our brand, culture, and product. This role will provide support to both Managers and Sales Associates, instrumental to the delivery of our success in-store.

  • Coach and Inspire: Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
Requirements

You can demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems is also required. You must be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Pandora's North American team consists of over 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, over 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market.
