Pre-Board Screening Officer

At Paladin Airport Security Services, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. As a Pre-Board Screening Officer, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen passengers and baggage through airport security checkpoints efficiently and effectively
  • Provide professional and courteous information to passengers
  • Verify valid boarding passes and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Use X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other technology to scan and test baggage for prohibited items
  • Protect restricted areas and manage conflict situations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and colleagues
  • Uphold all regulations and guidelines with vigilance
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Open availability to work any shift, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Strong French and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to comply with CATSA medical requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
