Job Description:

Harbinger Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our construction team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including site visits, meetings, and document reviews.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electrical contractors to achieve project goals.
  3. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve site issues, developing creative solutions to ensure project success.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of project management experience in electrical contracting.
  • University degree in engineering (B.Eng.).
  • 5+ years of light industrial or water treatment experience.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in interpreting financial documents.
  • Strong communication, team building, and analytical skills.
