Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Sylvan Lake Pizza Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our business plan and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, including inventory management and supplier negotiations.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
