Senior Leadership Position Overview

About the Role:

This senior leadership position will oversee four residences in Alberta, driving growth and performance while enhancing quality of care and team member engagement.

  • Analyze and develop operational plans for each residence and the region to improve performance, elevate care standards, and boost team morale.
  • Identify and champion initiatives to meet current and future needs of seniors and their families.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, community partners, and regulatory bodies to achieve results consistently.
  • Drive organizational change to address the needs of residents, families, leaders, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Build an effective leadership team by articulating expectations and inspiring commitment and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results and improving performance.
  • Possess strong financial judgment, including P&L experience in developing, monitoring, and reporting on annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Exhibit a strong bias for customer service, specifically a passion for seniors and senior living.
  • Hold a university degree and 8–10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
