Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
