About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Samosa Fusion. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.

Kitchen Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked with the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Personal Qualities
