Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our food service operations at 2532483 Ontario Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring that our culinary team meets high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
