About the JobJob Description:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Carry out various administrative activities to support the establishment's day-to-day functions.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain organizational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field; secondary school graduation certificate with relevant experience also considered.
  • Permanent position available, with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English language required; French language skills an asset.
