Compensation Specialist for Temporary Assignment

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to manage full-cycle payroll responsibilities as a Compensation Specialist for a temporary assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Controller to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the organization.

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle payroll responsibilities, including data entry, calculations, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Please note that this is a temporary assignment with a 12-month term. The compensation specialist will be working closely with the controller to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the organization.
