Job Title: Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Business Development

Victoria Airport Authority is seeking a seasoned leader to drive commercial strategy and revenue growth at Victoria International Airport.

About the Role:

The Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Business Development will lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class commercial strategy, focusing on revenue generation, marketing, communications, and government relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize airport revenue
  • Lead the management and performance of all aspects of VAA's real estate portfolio and revenue-generating initiatives
  • Formulate and execute business development strategies to cultivate new revenue opportunities
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of corporate marketing, communications, community, and government relations initiatives
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic counsel and recommendations
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in airport management, including aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue generation, real estate, marketing, and government relations.

They will demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, people-oriented leadership, and a proven ability to empower and inspire teams.

Eligibility to work in Canada and the ability to maintain airport security clearance are essential.
