Victoria Airport Authority is seeking a dynamic leader to drive commercial strategy and revenue growth. As Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Business Development, you will lead the corporate strategy, management, and performance of all aspects of VAA's real estate portfolio and revenue initiatives. This includes air service development, advertising, concessions, parking, ground transportation, and car rentals. You will also lead the strategy and delivery of all corporate marketing, communications, community, and government relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in airport management, including aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue generation, real estate, marketing, and government relations. They will demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and be a people-oriented leader with a proven ability to empower and inspire teams. Eligibility to work in Canada and the ability to maintain airport security clearance are essential.
