Project Management Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and direct project teams in delivering transformative business excellence.

About the Job

This role involves managing projects of high complexity, with a global reach. The successful candidate will have a proven record of judgment in planning and accomplishing goals, managing stakeholders, and performing a variety of tasks while leading and directing the work of project team members.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience in software implementation and/or upgrade project management, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Business Analysts, ranging from junior to senior level, and act as primary liaison between HOIST and the customer.
  • Communication: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software implementation and/or upgrade project management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; French and other languages are an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
