Rubicon Path is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager Lead to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale, multi-phase projects from start to finish. This includes developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and monitoring project milestones and dependencies. The Transformation Project Manager Lead must have a proven track record of on-time and on-budget delivery and be skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project milestones and dependencies, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring transparency of project status and risks with senior stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating regular updates and feedback sessions.
  • Promote public sector standards, guidelines, and policies, including I&IT Directive and the PMO Stage Gate process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level project updates and reports.
  • Familiarity with public sector project management standards, including Ontario's PMO Stage Gate process.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
