Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator of Student Services and Mentorship to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Mentorship Program, as well as providing student support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Mentorship Program, including participant screening, training, matching, support, and supervision.
  • Coordinate student support services, responding to inquiries and providing support from pre-selection through graduation.
  • Support the Student Success Team, assisting with designing surveys, reports, and monitoring student academic experience and progress.
  • Manage internship job placement opportunities and provide regular program update reports.
  • Attend special events and conferences to increase knowledge of student services, mentoring programs, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience working directly with postsecondary students, preferably in mentoring, student development, or youth programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mentoring program policies and procedures, ideally within a higher education setting.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems for data input, management, and report generation.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
