Administrative Coordinator

A dynamic and organized Support Staff Associate is required to join our team at A's General Contracting Inc. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct staff as needed.
- Task Management: Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
English.
Hours35 hours per week.
