Job Summary:

The Restaurant Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a smooth and efficient food service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following proper food safety and handling procedures.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, and ensure that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and working under pressure.
