Job Title: Restaurant Counter Attendant

Kupfert and Kim is seeking a skilled Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring seamless food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving areas.
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth food service operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Kupfert and Kim is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Restaurant Counter Attendant, you will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
