Job Title: Restaurant Counter Attendant

Kupfert and Kim is seeking a skilled Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
