Job Title: Restaurant Counter Attendant

Kupfert and Kim is seeking a skilled Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
