Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Development Program Coordinator to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, partners, and stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Facilitation: Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, partners, and stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance against established metrics and targets and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay informed about emerging trends, issues, and best practices in international development, and apply relevant knowledge to program design and implementation.
  • Marketing and Communications: Manage the social media marketing and presence for the development programs.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with regional managers and profit centre managers to develop program goals, objectives, and implementation plans.
  • Logistics and Resource Management: Coordinate logistics and resources for program activities, including meetings, workshops, training sessions, and community events.
  • Project Management: Lead the development of project timelines related to development programs and leverage project management techniques for tracking and monitoring metrics, annual activities, individual development paths, internal resources, and expenditures/budgets.
  • Reporting and Communications: Prepare program reports, presentations, and other communications materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Content Creation: Help with creating new promotional materials for career fairs, meetings, and other regional campaigns.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage the social learning space for the Strategic Development Program within our system, updating documents, images and content as required.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or college diploma
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and comfort adapting to new technologies (i.e. LMS, ATS, MS Office, etc.)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, and/or learning organizations.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/French) Preferred
  • Soft Skills: Patience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer questions from a wide base of trainee knowledge.
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently within a dynamic team, organize time among multiple tasks, work through processes and problem solving for teammates in the field, and support our internal team in meeting deliverables.
