In a dynamic and growing company, Cora Restaurants is seeking a Paralegal to join its team. As a key player in the breakfast industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks and will participate in the drafting of legal documents, including franchise agreements, confidentiality agreements, and commercial contracts.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing corporate documents and maintaining the corporate books of various companies;
  • Drafting, editing, reviewing, and updating legal documents;
  • Following up on tasks related to files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements;
  • Managing and tracking renewals, transfers, and leases;
  • Maintaining the company's database of contracts and legal documents;
  • Searching public registers and providing administrative and legal support in various files;
  • Other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in legal technique, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent knowledge of corporate, business, and real estate law. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite software and knowledge of the restaurant and/or franchise industry are assets.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously, have excellent organization and resourcefulness, and maintain discretion and confidentiality of records.
