Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at TelcoBridges Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers worldwide relating to the use of our products. You will work closely with the Director of Customer Service to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop strong technical background and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent, and 1-3 years of experience in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work autonomously.
Some of the tasks you will be involved in include:
- Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and online support platforms
- Identifying and resolving technical issues with our products
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborating with the R&D team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Providing technical training and support to customers
