Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our LendCare team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell complementary products, responding to incoming queries from clients to assess their financial needs, and educating customers on other available offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell complementary products
  • Respond to incoming queries from clients to assess their financial needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Educate customers on other available offerings
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets
  • Manage pipeline and foster relationships with existing clients to drive new revenue growth
  • Gather necessary information accurately to complete customer applications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales with a proven track record of closing deals and contributing to company revenue
  • Experience in automotive finance industry/finance manager is highly desired asset
  • Enthusiasm for a process-driven sales approach, coupled with adaptability and the ability to pivot as needed
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and passion for excellence
  • Ability to work full-time in our Pickering, ON office

  • Total average compensation ranging between $100,000 - $150,000 per year
