At PARAM INDUSTRIES, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, aligning with our mission and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal results.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Staff Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies, leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Hours: 42 hours per week
- Language: English
