About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients
    • Research and identify potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial products sector.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to solicit new business opportunities.
  • Assess Client Needs
    • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
    • Recommend appropriate goods or services to meet client needs.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients to promote products and services.
  • Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts
    • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide Ongoing Support
    • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train Customers' Staff
    • Train customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Resolve Product and Service Related Problems
    • Resolve product and service related problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise Activities of Other Sales Specialists
    • Supervise the activities of other sales specialists to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Estimate Costs of Installing and Maintaining Equipment or Service
    • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service to ensure accurate pricing.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
