Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of nail technicians, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nail salon or related industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
