We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Analyst to join our team at TFI International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex claims, overseeing negotiations with third parties, and providing guidance on risk management related issues.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we also offer RRSP employer match, group insurance, and reimbursement of training fees for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage minor to serious third-party bodily injury and property damage claims independently.
  • Negotiate and adjudicate claims within authority, recommending reserves over authority as needed.
  • Coordinate investigations with independent adjusters, attorneys, and experts.
  • Analyze claims for subrogation potential and pursue where appropriate.
  • Provide guidance to Claims leadership on risk management related issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years handling complex and bodily injury claims.
  • Experience handling claims for the Trucking industry.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal and medical documents.
