Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency team at Sechelt Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emergency nursing care to clients of all ages, prioritizing their needs and responding to their unique situations.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Sechelt Hospital is a 46-bed acute care facility serving the Lower Sunshine Coast community. Our hospital provides a range of services, including emergency care, renal programs, mental health and substance use services, surgical services, and imaging services.
Requirements:- Completion of a recognized advanced program in emergency care nursing or two years of recent, related experience.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
