Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnering
    • Provide consultation and direction to internal customers on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits.
    • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives and drive results.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including providing coaching, guidance, and support to leadership.
    • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • HR Operations
    • Support internal and external recruitment activities, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
    • Manage HR programs, including performance management, talent development, and employee recognition.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • CHRL designation.
  • Minimum 5 years of related progressive HR experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and people, and organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong personal leadership and business sense.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong ethical behavior and professional maturity.
