The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be organized, have excellent oral communication skills, and be a team player.
The HR Manager will oversee the analysis of employee data and information, respond to employee questions and complaints, and recruit and hire staff. They will also plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development strategies, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
We offer a permanent position with 35 hours per week, working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
