Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Sheppard & Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating HR department activities, and directing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Train staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
