Culinary Team Member

Browns Socialhouse is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant chain offering an extensive menu of international dishes. We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team in a permanent position.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, along with the opportunity to work in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Job DescriptionThis role involves preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as inspecting kitchens and food service areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a restaurant environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and be able to stand for extended periods.
