Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Join Travellers Motel as a Front Desk Manager and be responsible for the overall management of the front desk operations. This includes supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and manage front desk staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues.
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel is well-maintained.
  • Establish work schedules and manage events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure the hotel has the necessary supplies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:

This is an on-site position, and work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
