Your Role

We are seeking an aspiring, self-motivated, and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our team of experts committed to leading projects and building relationships across our Alberta Business Unit. This position will empower and support a team of project managers and assistant project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • Manage the design and construction of large Water and Wastewater projects.
  • Closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Eng. and/or PMP designations are required.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and report writing.
  • Effective client, stakeholder, and people management skills.
