Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Alberta Business Unit. As a leader in the Water and Wastewater industry, you will have the opportunity to grow a service business that aligns with your personal and cultural values and reflects the needs of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • Manage the design and construction of large Water and Wastewater projects.
  • Closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Eng. and/or PMP designations are required.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and report writing.
  • Effective client, stakeholder, and people management skills, matched with the ability to influence others and resolve commercial, people, client, and technical issues.
