Commercial Construction Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initial planning to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire construction process
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure project compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and engineers
  • Prepare and present project status reports and project documentation
  • Oversee quality control and safety protocols on the job site
  • Negotiate contracts and manage project financials, ensuring all costs are controlled and managed effectively
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in commercial construction management or similar role
  • Valid Class 5 license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to provide criminal record check and pass drug screening
  • In-depth understanding of safety standards and building codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, blueprints, and construction specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Welding or other metal work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management
