About the Role

A.K. Landscaping Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as sprayers and dusters.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting grass, laying sod or seed, and applying fertilizers.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and write daily progress reports.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding role requiring handling heavy loads and walking.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors, with various locations including private residences and landscape contractor sites.

Language and Work Term

English is the primary language of communication, and the work term is permanent.

Hours and Transportation

40 hours per week, with public transportation available.
