Restaurant Operations Manager

Pho Dau Bo is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including scheduling and staff management
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve restaurant operations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
