Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management Efforts: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategic projects.
  • Drive Change Adoption: Ensure that change initiatives are implemented smoothly, embraced by the organization, and deliver the intended outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with leadership, project teams, and staff to maximize change management capabilities.
  • Conduct Impact Analyses: Assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and provide guidance to mitigate change fatigue amongst stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Capture key attributes and impact assessments through the initiative life cycle.
  • Manage Change Calendar: Provide readiness updates for upcoming changes and assess adoption of previously implemented changes.
  • Document Best Practices: Develop and maintain business relationships across all areas of the bank, vendors, and clients to maximize/optimize change management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of financial services experience or equivalent in a related business sector; wealth management experience an asset.
  • Certification: Certified change practitioner qualification is required.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building and collaboration; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; high degree of knowledge working with the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project); knowledge of Asana, a collaborative work management platform is an asset.
