TouchBistro is on the lookout for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding technical assistance for both hardware and software, work closely with internal departments to relay insights, and foster a robust customer community. Core responsibilities include:

  • Transforming customers into loyal advocates through superior service
  • Offering technical support for software and hardware via various communication channels
  • Diagnosing issues related to wireless networks, printers, and payment systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve technical challenges
  • Providing valuable customer insights to Product and Development teams
  • Proactively enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Surpassing departmental service level agreements and personal performance targets

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a relevant degree, demonstrate bilingual proficiency, be available for flexible working hours, have experience with Apple/iOS systems and networking, exhibit a self-motivated approach, and possess excellent communication abilities.
