About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Spanish Product Support Specialist to join our team at TouchBistro. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and software support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot wireless networks, printers, and payment devices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver customer feedback to our Product and Development teams
  • Proactively find ways to enhance the customer experience and exceed departmental SLA's and quarterly personal goals
Requirements
  • University/College degree in a relevant field
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, both oral and written
  • Availability to work on weekends, after hours, and overnight in a 24/7 environment
  • Experience with Apple/iOS and computer networks
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results, and solution-oriented
  • Flexibility/adaptability and ability to think on your feet
