**Job Title:** Mental Health Therapist Staff

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services. This will include screening and assessing client needs, determining relevant treatment plans, and initiating or participating in community development initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

• Screen and assess client needs to determine relevant treatment plans
• Provide ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services
• Initiate or participate in community development initiatives
• Participate in PHC initiatives evaluation within site

**Requirements:**

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to collect, record, and report comprehensive client information accurately
• Ability to establish effective treatment relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
