Job Summary

The Manager, Mental Health and Addictions Services, is a key leader in Saskatchewan healthcare, partnering with system leaders to achieve our province's healthcare goals. This role reports to the Director of Mental Health and Addictions and is responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational and business plans to support the achievement of healthcare goals
  • Monitor and report on the progress of plans, making course corrections as needed
  • Lead and coach others to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture
  • Develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners
Requirements
  • 5 years of supervision or management experience in Mental Health and Addictions
  • Experience in leadership and a related area
  • Education in Human Services, such as a degree or diploma
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
