Strategic Sales Leader for Aftermarket Products

About This Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force through strategic management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Foster close and productive relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of competitive intelligence, product updates, and health and safety information to the sales team.
  • Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies leveraging SalesLink technology to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
