About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Aftermarket Product and Services team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
