IT Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, IT (Service Architect) to lead our Network Architecture team in designing, implementing, and optimizing critical technologies including Domain Name Service (DNS), Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), IP Address Management (IPAM), Network Monitoring, Network Automation, Data Visualization, Data Discovery, Data Auditing, and technology capital management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Network Architecture team in the design, implementation, and optimization of critical technologies.
- Manage systems and services providing critical network services such as DNS, DHCP, network monitoring and alerting.
- Scale and evolve systems sustainably, through automation, advocating for changes that improve reliability and agility.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications networking and computing.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Network Monitoring, Network Automation, Data Visualization, and related technologies.
- Expertise in network automation tools such as Python, Nornir, and NetDevOps frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, particularly Grafana.
- Experience in data discovery and auditing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of technology capital management practices, including lifecycle management and financial planning.
