General Manager of Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Fredericton. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant, ensuring the delivery of a great guest experience while focusing on achieving goals and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing, scheduling, training, and controlling kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public, and community relations programs to attract guests.
- Enhance the guest and team member experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial performance meets expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual dining restaurant environment.
