About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Leader to join our Emergency Service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare at Humber River Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the Emergency Service department
  • Collaborate with the Program Director, Manager, and staff to identify program needs and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their clinical skills and professional development
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to promote best practices and advance patient care
Requirements
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
  • BScN is required
  • Masters degree in Nursing, Clinical focus preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Emergency Nursing
  • Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and special projects
What We Offer

Humber River Health offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
