Job DescriptionAs a registered nurse with CarePartners, you will work independently or in cooperation with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) team to develop and maintain effective care plans for community health services. You will also provide exceptional nursing services to patients, both in-person and virtually, and communicate with patients, family members, and other care team members.
Requirements- A valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A current immunization record including 2 step TB test
This is a full-time position in the Burk's Falls, ON area, requiring a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and on-call work. You will have opportunities to exercise your full scope of practice, pursue specialization, and champion innovative health care programs.
